Returns and Refund

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.

The consumer will have to bear the charges for any alterations that will take place post delivery. The garment will be shipped by you and the cost will also be borne by you.

Items will only be replaced if a wrong product has been shipped to you. A video showing the unboxing of the product is required as proof to return or replace a product. To request return, please write to us at anju.myra@gmail.com or call at +91 94150 86885

QUALITY CHECK

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. The images taken during the quality check procedure are stored with us till 24 hours after product delivery to you.

If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. A video showing the unboxing of the product is required as proof.

AFTER SALES SERVICES

Myra by Anju Narain offers a range of after sales services on clothing. Contact us and we will examine your product and you will be advised on the options available to you. For any fitting issues, our products have a margin of 1 or more inches. Thus, it can be easily altered at your end. However, if you require an alteration, we can help you with the same at an additional shipping and alteration charges.
